WallFlower

Like a flower on the wall,
she wants to live but has to fall.
All shadows cling and she can't move,
looking for sun but gone too soon.
No water finds her darkest roots,
for in the wall she's stuck forever
forever

The rain alone is welcome here,
all else is danger and the fear,
the spider crawls along her neck,
the deer eats half of what she has.
